The City of Atlanta has an extensive tree protection review process for Building Permits and for routine tree removals.  We recommend that you consult with Onebark prior to plan submittal, and engage the services of an experienced Permit Expediter or Landscape Architect.

Site Plan Requirements:

  1. •Complex plan review system is administered by the Arborist Division of the Bureau of Buildings

  2. •All hardwood trees over 6” DBH are protected and must be located
